Shipping Information

All orders that have product in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise noted. Please note that custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

Delivery times are calculated by business days, Monday–Friday.

All shipping methods and prices will be provided for your review upon check-out.

 
DOMESTIC US SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Sunlight Lover® ships Domestic US orders through USPS or UPS.  USPS is used for all P.O. Box orders.

USPS:

Ground shipping arrives within 2-7 business days.

Please note if you want express shipping to choose the EXPRESS option. I.E.: "Priority Mail Express"

Priority Mail shipping is NOT express shipping but reflects standard USPS delivery times. These orders will ship out in the order they are received.  The "1 Day" "2 Day" or "3 Day" time listed on the shipping title is the ESTIMATED time it will take and it is not an express shipping option.

All Express Shipping options are shipped out the same day as long as placed before 10 AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday. Otherwise, it will be shipped out the next business day.

UPS:

UPS 3 Day Select:

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day
Next Day Air Saver:
  • Commercial Destinations:
    Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively
  • Residential Destinations:
    Next business day delivery by end of day
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.: 
  • Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states
  • Next business day delivery by 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., or 9:30 a.m. to most other cities in the U.S. including Anchorage, Alaska
UPS Ground:
  • Day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days
UPS 2nd Day Air:
  • Delivery by the end of the second business day
  • Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time
UPS Next Day Air:
  • Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All purchases are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery.

Sunlight Lover® offers three methods of shipping for our international customers, USPS, UPS and DHL.

All P.O. Box orders will be shipped through USPS.

All delivery times depend on customs clearance.

USPS 

USPS has no guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. All delivery times depend on each country’s custom departments. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information on orders being shipped through the US Postal Service please visit the USPS website.

  • USPS First-Class Package 4 to 6 weeks depending on customs - no tracking available
  • USPS International Priority 7 to 10 Business days depending on customs - tracking available
  • USPS International Express 3 to 5 Business days depending on customs - tracking available

DHL

  • 2 to 5 business days World Wide
  • 1 to 2 business days Canada
